"Tamochilli": A Discovered Recipe

Ingredients :-
Capsicums  -6 medium in size
Tomatoes- 8 medium in size
Onions - 5 medium in size
Green peas- 100 gms
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 1 knot
Green coriander leaves- 20 gms
Sliced tamatoes-3 medium in size
Vegetable oil – 50 ml
Lemon- 2-3 small in Size
One green simple chili for decoration

Spice:-
Chili powder – 1 tablespoon
Yummy spice- 1 tablespoon
Hoty spice- ½ tablespoon*
Cumin- ¼ tablespoon
Salt- as per test

 Methods
                First of all, available vegetable should be clean in lukewarm water carefully. Cut all vegetables now in small bites.   Ginger & garlic should be in paste separately. Now put the pan on the gas. Turn on the gas and use Low flame. Now drop the vegetable oil into pan. Casts cumin into the warm oil.


                Note down that is it converting into brown color, then fry Onions slice till they become brown. Put garlic paste for fry. Now casts sliced capsicums into and fry it. After capsicums put the tomatoes bite and ginger paste. Now it must be fry till the oil should be peaceful. Add green peas, it is fried.
                After this we should use spices in the following sequence. First of all chili powder, after 3 Minutes use Yummy powder. Now cook this for 3 minutes more. Use Hoty Spice & After it scatter GREEN coriander leaves use sliced tomatoes with green chili for decoration.
Now it is ready to serve and enjoy this recopies.
