For the Growth of Human bone Vitamin D is essential and it ensures increased flow of calcium into your bloodstream by promoting the process of its absorption from the consumed food. The Rickets and osteoporosis are mostly result of poor concentration of Vitamin D. Recent Study Proves that Vitamin D has important role in maintaining the immunity of your system. In human Body, deficiency of vitamin D gives rise to a number of health problems including cardiac disorders, arthritis, hypertension, diabetes and even cancer.
