how to make Blacksia Spice ?

        When we are trying Something different we should try different. In the field of cooking and Recipe it is important to use of spice in appropriate ratio. The real volume of spice makes our recipe richer and much yummy. 



   Here with this article i would like to express one more Spices that may be called by name of 'Blacksia Spice'. it is used in most of vegetable veg or non-veg. So come with and try different.

Ingredients

Black peppercorns-                        1 tablespoon 
Black salt -                                     ¼ tablespoon
Cinnamon or cassia-                       3 sticks or pieces
Cloves -                                          3 tablespoons
Red chili-                                       1 tablespoon
Fennel seeds -                                 ½ cup
Green cardamom pods-                  4 full tablespoons
Nutmeg (roughly chopped) -          1 nog.

Methods:

Put a nonstick pan on heat Use low flame. Pour all of above spices (except Black Salt & red chili powder) on pan one by one and roast all for 7-11 minute or until fragrant. Be sure to stir the all spice to toast very well.
Let the mixture cool down. Now grind this mixture with black salt using a spice Grinder. Now it is Read your Blacksia spice. Store it in air-tight jar. It should be use within 6 months for best result.
