HOW TO MAKE HOTY SPICE?

 Hoty Spice is a New name in Spicy world. before it hoty spice was in its initial stage and after process various step and stage it become hoty spice.




     In future it will use in various recipe because there are many problem in maintaining the appropriate spice ration in best manner.


    All most Food Maker wants a tasty and yummy recipe. If you also then use different type of spices. 
Mostly there is a problem in this regard but i am suggesting herewith a great Combination. a new Spice is the result of this mixture. When we think about its name then I would like to naming by 'Hoty Spice' because of it have warm impression.


Black pepper -                                  25 gm
Cloves -                                           10 gm
Large Cardamom -                          25 gm
Cumin Seeds -                                  20 gm
Cinnamon -                                      10 gm
Mace -                                              5   gm
Cassia -                                            3-4 leaves
Nutmeg -                                          2 nog.


Methods:


              Method is very Simple. First of all clean all the spices and peel the skin from the big cardamoms. Put a heavy bottomed frying pan on the burner and use low flame. Roast all the spices (except cardamoms) in the hot frying pan, on low flame, for 2 to 3 minutes. 

Now An aroma will be feel by us out from the spices. Take the spices out on a plate and let them cool. Now add the cardamom granules to the spices and grind them all very finely till it become powder. Your Hoty spice is ready. You can store it in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
