How can we cook veg biryani without oil

How to Cook Veg & Healthy Rice Biryani without oil 'RichiMuri' This Recipe have an oil free veg biryani recipe. oil free recipe is much beneficial for our health and great taste for our feeling. 



Ingredients of RichiMuri:

Soya Chunks-                 60gms,
Rice(the Best) -              150gms,
Green peas-                    100gms,
Tomato-                          4 normal size,
Cabbage-                        50 gms,
Onion-                             50gms,
Capsicum-                      15gms,
Potato-                            100gms,
Radish-                           1,
Carrot-                            1,

Lemon for juice



Spice
Blacksia Spice:                 1 teaspoon,
Yummy spice-                   2 teasepoon
Salt -                                  as per taste
Red Chili -                         2 teaspoon


Method: 
How to Cook 'RichiMuri'



  • All vegetables should be chopped into your favorite shape.
  • Some items from chopped vegetable put separately for Decoration.
  • Now put a pressure cooker on gas burner and add Rice as ingredients quantity & 300 gm water should be added. Cover the cooker and wait for two horns.  
  • At another burner of gas put a pan and add around 200 gms of water with one tablespoon salt and wait for boil. After boiling add soya chunk into the pan and covered it for 5 minutes.
  • Now, put rice separately from cooker and refine soya chunk and soaked them.
  • Add all vegetable except tomato, capsicum, in cooker and add 50 ml water into and wait for single horn. Now open the cooker and refine the vegetables and put it in a plate
  • Ok, put a pan (Non Stick) and use low flame.
  • Add some cumin seeds and wait while it became cracking.
  • Then add capsicum and roast it for 2 Minutes.
  • Now add Tomato and roast till it become water less. you can use water for control the temperature. 
  • Now add all boiled vegetables and roast it for 3-5 Minutes.
  • Add soya chunks and roast it for 2 Minutes.
  • Then add Rice and roast it for water less.
  • Now its time for adding Spices.
  • Add Salt as per your taste and roast it for 1 minutes.
  • Then add Red chili powder and it 2 Minutes. Roasting should continue.
  • Now add Blacksia Spice and give it 2-3 Minutes.
  • Then add Yummy spice and give it 2 minutes roasting. 
  • Add Lemon  juice entirely  and cover it for 30 seconds after roasting very well.
