Hello Friends, Today i am putting a recipe about Making of 'Piner Spice'. First of all i would like to introduce to piner spice. It is a balance mixture of some natural spice(that will discuss in its making method). This type of spice is most important for rolling the body building process. we should take of this type spice once in a week.
First of all we have to need of its ingredients:-
Red-chili powder- 2 Tablespoon,
Turmeric powder- 1 Tablespoon,
Fennel seeds- 2 Tablespoon,
cumin seeds- 1 Tablespoon,
Green Cardamom- 5-7 Normal size,
Halite- 1/2 Tablespoon,
Methods:
At First, put a pan on gas burner using low flame. Roast Cumin Seeds with 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds. after one minute of roasting put down the pan from gas burner.
Keep it to be cold, then add them to mixer jar with all remaining Ingredients. Grind it very well. Finally, Piner Spice is Ready to use. we can use it for 6 months. use air tied container.
