my viewers, for a Protein loaded Recipe. So today, I am going to cook ‘Chirmi
recipe’. Main Ingredient of this recipe is Cheese. Mind it; this recipe is not
only tasty but great source of Protein. Mostly All ingredients of this recipe
are low carb and fully loaded with great Protein and Nutrients.
Thus This Recipe is much Beneficial for Body Builder, Weight Gainer-looser, Diabetic, Heart & Low-high Blood Pressure patient. It is much Beneficial If We takes this recipe in Lunch. Because of Cheese as ingredient it is good for our digesting System in Night. Let’s start cooking.

Preparation:
Before Proceed, I strongly recommend to use hands sanitizer
for your hands. Then, we have to clean
Vegetables with duke water & vegetable cleaner. After cleaning very well,
next step is to wipe the vegetable. To wiping is much important step for both
cleaning vegetable and our health. Now I would like to recommend hand
Sanitizing once again because healthy hand improve your style. Prepare garlic
and Ginger paste separately.

First of all we need to focus on Ingredients of this recipe-
Spices:
Piner Spice- 3
Tablespoon,
Salt - As per
Taste,
Ginger - 1
Inch Piece
Hoty spice- 1
Tablespoon
Garlic- 2
knot
Cumin - 2
Pinch
Halite- ½ Tablespoon
Cream- 50
gms
Bell Peppers- 3 normal in Size
Vegetable & Fruits:
Tomato- 7
Pieces normal in Size
Onion- 4
Pieces normal in Size
Green Peas- 50
gms
Green leaves of Coriander - 20-25 Leaves for Decoration
Here's the
recipe Spice Ingredients. 1 inch piece of Ginger, Garlic 2 knots for paste. 3
Tablespoon Piner spice , Coconut oil 50 grams, Capsicums 3 normal size, some cumin seeds. Ok. Now turn to Main Ingredients of this recipe.
7-8 Tomatoes Normal size, 200gms cheese,
3-4 Onion medium in size.
Cutting the Vegetable
Ok. Now we are ready to precede our job for Second step.
Let’s cut tomato, follow for small bite, & peeled out the onion and cut it.
It should be in small bites. Keep some Tomato, Onion for Decoration in your
Favorite shapes. At another side we should prepare Garlic, Ginger & Tomato
paste. Thus everything is ready.
Methods:
Second Step, Put a medium size pan on gas burner
& use low flame. Add 30 gms of coconut oil to pan. Now add sum cumin seeds with oil. Use small
burner for boiling oil. It will take 1-2 minutes to begin boiling. Let’s take
the cheese to fry. So Use a small pan and use low flame, Add 10 gm coconut oil
and wait for one minute. Now add Cheese into pan & Fry it for 1 minute. Now
take the cheese separated into another pot. Ok, the oil is ready at another
side.

Now pour
Capsicum bites into pan and fry it till become peaceful. Then add Onion and fry
1 or 2 minutes. Don’t Stop to Stirring. Then add Paste of Garlic and roast it
for 1 minute. Now, it’s time to add Green peas and roast it for 1 or 2 minute.
By Proceeding, Add tomato paste and roast for 2minutes. Now Add Cream to pan
and mix it very well. Then it’s time to add Cheese to pan. Leave it free for
3-4 Minutes.
Till then we prepare Spice. So Take a small pan and put it at
gas burner use low flame. Add 10 gm Coconut oil to pan and give heat for one
minute. In this minute we should mix Piner spice, salt and Hoty spice with 40 ml
Water. Now pour the spice mixture into oil and fry it for 2 Minute. It is ready
now. OK, add it to main mixture. Roast the mixture for 1 minute. Now cover the
pan for 1 or 2 minutes so that spice can mix very well into. Let’s uncover the pan
and proceed for further. Do not state recipe is a work. It is just a way of
enjoying the life.
Decoration
of Recipe:
Use coriander green leave for covering,
use one sliced tomato, Onion, Finally Recipe “TangoBru” is ready to serve.
