Recently many recipes will have use Yummy spices because of there is no use of oil.There is more probability of it that it will cholesterol free. If we not use of oil in these recipe then it is a compulsion. So we have to know about it. How to Make Yummy Spice?

Ingredients:
Cumin- 100gm
Coriander- 100gm
Salt- 100gm
Black Salt- 200gm
Argol (Potassium
titrate) - 5gm
Black pepper- 50Nog.
Red Chilli- 10Nog.
Asafetida- 3-4 Pinch
Method:
First of all clean all spice separately. Now put them in sunlight for Dry
for one hour.
Put a dry pan on low flame. Take fry cumin with asafetida (hing) then all spice with fried should be blind in Mixture very well till it become powder.
You can use it for next 6 months.
